This Relola, Inc. (“Relola,” “we,” “us”, “our”) Privacy Policy governs your use of the website (“Relola Site”). This Privacy Policy is effective as of January 1, 2015.

We are committed to safeguarding all information we collect through the Relola Site and to explaining the choices you can make about the collection and use of your personal identifying information (“PII”) on or through the Relola Site. This Privacy Policy, along with our Terms and Conditions, and any other agreement regarding Relola Services (defined below) offered through the Relola Site, governs your interaction with the Relola Site. Except as set forth within this Privacy Policy, our Terms and Conditions, any other agreement regarding Relola Services offered through the Relola Site, and any other published guideline or law, we do not release any PII about our users.

1. Introduction

We only collect PII (i.e., information that can be traced back to you or used to identify you; PII includes information such as your full name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, real estate license number, real estate listing information, credit card information, billing information, and the like) unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We may also collect “Non-Personal Information” (“NPI”) (i.e., information that is not traceable back to you and cannot be used to identify you. NPI includes generic usage information related to the Relola Site).

If you do submit PII to Relola, you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the PII. Inaccurate PII will affect your experience using the Relola Site, including our ability to contact you.

2. Consent

If you do not agree with these terms, do not provide any PII to us. If you do provide any PII to us, agreement to these terms by you is established.

3. The Information We Gather

Relola gathers two types of information about users:

3.1. Non-Personal Information
When users use the Relola Site, we collect and aggregate NPI indicating, among other things, usage information. Collecting such information includes the logging of the IP addresses, operating systems, and browser software used by each user to the Relola Site. Although such information is not PII, it is possible to determine from an IP address a user’s Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity.

We also use cookies to store related user information, the length of time each user spends at the Relola Site, and the specific functionality that users choose to use. Essentially, Cookies are a user’s identification card for the servers used on behalf of Relola. Cookies are only read by the server that placed them, and are unable to execute any code or virus. Cookies allow us to serve you better and more efficiently, and to optimize your experience at the Relola Site.

3.2. Personally Identifiable Information
We may also collect PII. You may provide PII by virtue of your use of certain Relola services that you join and/or use through the Relola Site, including but not limited to Reloladex, Relola Reports, the Agent Toolkit, your user account, etc. (“Relola Services”). In using these Relola Services, you will have an account where you will provide and/or update such PII. You may also provide PII when you contact Relola to, among other things, report technical difficulties with the Relola Site, or to ask a question regarding Relola or the Relola Site.

No PII is collected via mere use of the Relola Site unless you voluntarily provide it to us. No other PII is collected.

4. How We Use (and Do Not Use) the Information We Gather

Please take some time to familiarize yourself with the different ways Relola uses the information that we gather.
4.1. Non-Personal Information Use
Relola may use NPI primarily in aggregate form to build higher quality, more useful products, services, and content by performing statistical analyses of the collective characteristics and behavior of our users, and by measuring demographics and interests regarding specific use of the Relola Site and the Relola Services.

4.2. Personally Identifiable Information Use
This Privacy Policy serves as notice that Relola collects PII only in the manners described herein. Except as set forth in this Privacy Policy or as specifically agreed to by you, Relola will not disclose any PII we gather from you. Please be advises, however, that your use of the Relola Services may require disclosing PII pursuant to a separate agreement to use the Relola Services. Please further be advised that Relola will release PII to third parties in the following circumstances: (a) to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena or court order; or (b) in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others. In the event that we are legally compelled to disclose your PII to a third party, we will attempt to notify you unless doing so would violate the law or court order. We cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who may be using our servers for illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report any suspected illegal activity to law enforcement individuals or entities for investigation or prosecution.

(i) Communications with Relola. When you send an e-mail message to or otherwise contact Relola, Relola may use the information provided by you to respond to your communication and/or as described in this Privacy Policy. Also, Relola may archive this information. Relola employees who have access to your PII are bound by a separate agreement with Relola to maintain the confidentiality of your PII.

(ii) Disclosure to Relola Operations and Maintenance Contractors. To the extent Relola retains the services of operations and maintenance contractors, Relola operations and maintenance contractors may sometimes have limited access to your PII in the course of providing products or services to Relola. These contractors include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to better operation and maintenance of the Relola Site. Access to your PII by these contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the contractor to perform its limited function for PII. We also contractually require that our operations and maintenance contractors not to use or disclose your PII for any purpose other than providing us with products and services, and that they secure your PII with safeguards equivalent to our own safeguards.

(iii) Purchase or Sale of Business. From time to time, we may purchase a business or sell one or more of our businesses and your PII may be transferred as a part of the purchase or sale. In the event that we purchase a business, the PII received with that business would be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy, if it is practicable and permissible to do so. In the event that we sell a business, we will include provisions in the selling contract requiring the purchaser to treat your PII in the same manner required by this Privacy Policy (including any amendment to this Privacy Policy).

(iv) Government Authorities; Legal Rights and Actions. Relola may share your PII with various government authorities in response to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process; to establish or exercise our legal rights; to defend against legal claims; or as otherwise required by law. In such cases we reserve the right to raise or waive any legal objection or right available to us. We also may share your PII when we believe it is appropriate to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal or suspected illegal activities; to protect and defend the rights, property, or safety of the Relola Site, our users, customers, or others.

5. Children’s Privacy

We at Relola are dedicated to safeguarding your children’s privacy. Relola will not collect PII from children under the age of 18 and requires that any individual who signs up for an account with Relola or who uses the Relola Services be aged 18 or over.
In short, no PII is collected by Relola from children.

6. Relola’s Security Procedures

The security and confidentiality of your information is extremely important to us. We have implemented technical, administrative, and physical security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access and improper use. From time to time, we review our security procedures in order to consider appropriate new technology and methods. Despite Relola’s efforts to protect your PII, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way around our security systems or that transmissions of your information over the Internet will be intercepted.
(a) Relola uses firewalls to protect information held in our servers.
(b) Relola closely monitors the number of Relola employees and contractors who have potential access to your PII.
(c) Relola backs-up our systems to protect the integrity of your PII.

7. Web Browser “Do Not Track” Signals

“Do Not Track” is a preference you can set in your web browser to let the sites you visit know that you do not want them collecting certain kinds of information about you. While Relola does track its users, the information it collects is not sold or offered to marketing companies. Further, Relola also supports Do No Track functionality in web browsers for Relola users who choose to opt-out of being tracked such that when activated, Relola will not collect information from you that would allow for tailored advertising and/or content.

8. Changes To This Privacy Policy

Please note that Relola reviews its privacy practices from time to time, and that these practices are subject to change. We ask that you bookmark and periodically review this web page to ensure continuing familiarity with the most current version of our Privacy Policy.

9. International Users

The Relola Site is hosted in the United States. If you access the Relola Site from any region or country with laws or regulations governing personal data collection, use, and disclosure, that differ from United States laws, please be advised that through your continued use of the Relola Site, which is governed by U.S. law, this Privacy Policy, and our Terms and Conditions, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer.

10. Accessing, Changing or Deleting Your Personally Identifiable Information

If you want to (a) delete your PII from our systems, or (b) update the PII that you have provided to us, please sign into your Relola account to do so, or if that is not possible or you are having difficulty doing so, please e-mail us at support[AT] We try to promptly answer every e-mail, but may not always be able to do so. Keep in mind, however, that there will be residual information that will remain within Relola databases, access logs and other records, which may or may not contain such PII. Relola reserves the right, from time to time, to recontact former users of the Relola Site.
